Duke Street Hill

Creation of a 1,200 sqft Retail Unit Space were appointed by a Southwark night club owner to produce indicative studies for a new retail unit at the entrance to London Bridge Station With this building being in central London it would be perfect to get our business seen and generate interest on the busy street. We are looking for somewhere where we can have two floor that have open space's with floor to ceiling windows to make our workspace feel spacious and bright. The large windows are also for passers by, giving the public a clear view of the shop and studio will hopefully encourage more customers.  With it being in central London it would obviously be far too expensive for us , especially for our first studio! But this kind of building is certainly what we are looking for so.  However this property could be a potential studio/shop depending on how successful our business develops throughout our first few years of getting it started and out there.
